Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, staff are friendly! Breakfast was good & the parking lot was spacious parking, even though it was full!

The Country Inn and Suites in Chippewa was such a great experience. Everyone was super helpful and friendly the entire weekend I was there. The complimentary breakfast was great as well. I left my AirPods in the room when I left and they were able to track them down and get them back to me. Overall, it was a super personable experience and they really care about guest experience!

Fantastic hotel! Employees were helpful and very friendly. If I had a question or issue, they we willing to drop everything to meet my needs. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. There is no doubt they do care about customer service I would highly recommend staying here!

The employees are very friendly and courteous/attentive to our needs. Asked if it was possible to check in earlier and they allowed us to check in right away( it was only 9:30am!! And explained breakfast was until 10:30 and we were welcome to have that then also!)… The cook even offered to make me a fresh omelette!… The hot tub was a perfect temperature and both that and pool very clean… while in hot tub employee came and sampled water from both to ensure everything was good … recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a great place to stay in this area

Nice one night stay during our travels. Staff was very friendly. Also nice touch leaving out some plates, eating utensils and napkins for guests to use as once we had gotten there we didn't feel like going out again to eat so ordered food in and not enough plates, etc... came with the delivery. Breakfast had a nice selection and other than the sausage links (off taste) everything was good. Do they serve turkey sausage? If they do, they should post it as I would have avoided it if I had known. My reason for not giving 5 dots is the hallway that leads to the designated smoking area. It reeked of smoke. I didn't stay in that hallway but went down the stairway and passed the area. As a traveler suggestion I would avoid getting a room in this area if you have an aversion to cigarette smoke

I had the most excellent and homey stay while here. The staff was absolutely helpful and polite and made me feel at home and helped me when I needed it. The breakfast was superb. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Staff is helpful and friendly. Hotel has a good location that was close to a lot of different places. Free breakfast in the mornings had good variety of hot and cold options.

After a very frustrating experience at Americas Best Value Inn. We called and got a reservation right away here. The front desk service was amazing, everything was exactly as stated.I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We are fortunate to be able to travel quite a bit and I am making time to write a review about this wonderful hotel. Definitely one of the best we have ever stayed! The rooms and the common areas are VERY clean and the breakfast was plentiful! The room was quite, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. But what made this stay special was Alicia and her team who went out of their way in every aspect to make sure our stay was perfect. They took the time to learn about out stay and provided suggestions based on our needs. They were fun, friendly and professional. You could just tell they enjoyed their jobs and it made us feel very welcome. I would give this place 100 stars if I could!!!
